I want fans to choose up to 4 songs out of 20 by selcting the songs with a radio button. Right now, the form only allows one radio button to be selected.Page URL:

Radio buttons are designed to accept only a single selection. Please use a checkbox instead for multiple selections.
However, we don't have a built-in feature that will set a limit to how many selections can be made on a checkbox field.

Thank you. I think using the checkbox option will work great. Will I see the selections from all submissioins in a report form showing the top choices checked?
Would a matrix form be better from the survey options and I can just use that with two colum. The first colum would have all the choices and the second colum would be the radio button that they could select or not?
What would give me the best report results for top selections?
Thank you so much for your help.

Unfortunately, matrix tool doesn't support multiple input types, in other words you can only use radio buttons for the entire matrix field if you wish to use radio button. However, you can always achieved this by downloading your form source code and modify it there to create two input types for your matrix fields, it's kind of a bit laborious but it would help. If you wish to go on this route, just let us know so we can help you further with this.
If you're talking about visual reports, matrix and checkboxes fields generates the same result. However, I may suggest to use matrix tool as they are designed for survey forms. Though, it's up to your preference.

In addition to my colleagues, you may also try to check what was discussed on this thread "Limit-checkbox-question-answers-to-three-only" about the checkboxes limiting.
