Paypal payments being processed internationally

    I am using the Paypal integration, but it is being processed overseas so that the users are being charged an international transaction fee in addition to the Paypal surcharge.

    This is a serious negative - can it be charged in Australia?

    Actually, I can see that my Jotform subscription was subject to an international transaction fee, but I think my actual Paypal payments are not doing so. 

    Would you mind confirming that that is the case?

    I think this issue is not related to JotForm. I can suggest you contact with PayPal's support.
