Please confirm my appointment.

Hi on April 9 I thought I had requested an appointment for pictures for today atc1pm but I haven't received confirmation and need to know if the appointment was approved or not because I would need to get ready.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I assume you are referring to a form you might've filled out for an appointment. Unfortunetly, we don't have access to the form you might've filled out as they belong to the form owner. To know about your appointment you will need to contact the form owner. Most form owners have autoresponder emails which will confirm the form submission, if you have not received this email, maybe you can try to fill out the form again.

If you are referring to a form in your account, currently there are no submissions in the form.
