I emailed you guys Friday with regards to my account being suspended and was brought to my attention ws cause I asked for info on log in info for credit karma on my bankruptcy form I created \.
I apologize I did not know it was a problem. the person responded and said the log in field would be removed and that my account would be active.
please open my account I still cannot log in

I assume that you mentioned about this account which has username 'bankruptcy'.
I have checked this account and it is seen as active in our system. Can you try to log in your account again by clearing your browser's caches or trying another browser?
If the issue still persists, let us know.
