    I need to gain control of my forms again

    I made this form, but I did it when I didn't register. Now that my IP changed, I can't gain access to them anymore. Can you please add them so I can changed. Here's the link to the form I need to re-gain control of: http://form.jotform.us/form/22375411610140.

    I checked your account, and found the form was already under your current account?

    It is the "Mine Little Pony Skin Request Form". 

    Please inform us this not the case.

    As mentioned on my previous response, I found the form "Mine Little Pony Skin Request Form" already under your N1Chris account. Are you not able to use/edit/modify this form?

    Can you please clarify what you want to "regained control" on the form?

    Well I needed modifiying power, and I guess I got them back. I regained control of them. I think I'm good now. Thanks, must've been a server glitch.
