Customer Received Error Message

    One of our customers received this error message.

    Is there a fix for this?

    Can you please share to us the process how the received error message occured?

    Was it when form was opened or submitted? Or on the email notification... If we can have more details, we can provide a much appropriate response and possible suggestions.

    Hi, the error happened when the form was SUBMITTED.

    We received notice that another client experienced the same error recently, as well.

    It says on the error that there is an invalid merchant configuration on your form.  As it appears that you are using Paypal Pro, please make sure you have accepted the merchant agreement in your PayPal account after your Pro account has been approved.
