Create a Condition that will only display a few names from a dropdown

I am in the process of designing a form for my team that requires a hierarchical selection system. Our objective is to enable users to choose a Vice President (VP), followed by a Regional Vice President (RVP) linked to the selected VP, and subsequently, a Regional Manager/Assistant Regional Manager (RM/ARM) associated with the chosen RVP.

I have attempted to implement this by creating multiple interconnected drop downs governed by rules. Specifically, selecting a VP filters the RVP options, and choosing an RVP accordingly filters the RM/ARM options. However, I am uncertain if this setup is optimal or if there is a more streamlined method to achieve the desired functionality. Could you please guide me on how to configure our form to allow for the selection of names within this established hierarchy efficiently?

    Thank you.

    Hi Paul,

Thanks for patiently waiting. I checked your form and found that the conditions you set based on the current widget are already optimal since you utilized the Show/Hide feature efficiently. If you can elaborate more on the workflow you want to achieve, we can suggest what can be improved on your form.

In the meantime, let us know if you need any other help.
