    for one reason my form has become our of space, i have the intention to upgrade the plan but i really need it to be working right now. Please be informed the first 3 payments were just trial, I appreciate youe kind support

    Since this is just a new account and I can see that you are testing Jotform's payment system, I went ahead and reduced your payment limit count. Please note that we can only do this once, in the future, you will either need to wait for the payment counter to be reset or upgrade your account to a higher plan.
