Can responses be anonymous?

Does every responder need to sign into Google or Facebook to participate in the survey?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I understand you want to collect anonymous responses from people. You can do that by excluding fields that gather personal information, like name and telephone number. You can also check our Blog here on How to create an anonymous survey for employees. Here's my demo form.

If you set your form to private, anyone who uses it must create a Jotform account. You can make the form public and share the URL with others, removing the need for them to register an account to fill out your form. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, go to Publish at the top.
2. Under Quick Share, click the Settings link at the top-right of the form’s direct URL.
3. Select Public in access settings.

You can directly share the form URL with them. Let me walk you through it:

1. In Form Builder, go to Publish at the top.
2. Under Quick Share, click on Copy Link to copy your form URL.
