    Hello, My account was supended and unsure as to why

    Hi Bryana, 

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Your account was suspended due to collection of credit card information using regular fields on the House Of Lions New Customer Registration Form. Due to our PCI certification, we are required to deny the collection of credit card details on regular forms. However, we have other PCI-compliant ways to do this. All you need to do is choose any of the payment processors available on our platform in order to integrate into your forms. You still won't be able to collect credit card details directly though. You can use Payment Authorization if you only want to collect your customers payment details and charge them at a later date.

    I've now deleted the offending field and reactivate your account. Try to login again and check if you'll see any error message.
