Page starts loading and get frozen when logging in

    Hello,


    I'm having issues with my jotform. Whenever I try to login, the page start loading and it just get frozen; it's not an issue of the internet, it just gets frozen, and you can wait for a lot of minutes, and nothing happen.


    On the other hand, whenever I try to open through another dispositive, it asks for encrypted key that we have, but it appears a message that we cannot proceed.

    What can we do to solve this situation? we are receiving the information, but we cannot review it properly.

    Hi StraumannMexico,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I understand that the page seems to load a bit longer when you log into your account. I have cleared your form cache on my end to refresh your forms and your account. Can you try logging into your account and check if the issue remains? Can you also try using another browser or another device as well if the issue persists?
