How to return to the App homepage after form submission?

Hello how can i make my form into my app ? I created an app from one of the suggested templates and I have a form built into it but after my form is submitted, i dont see an option to return to the app homepage. Is there a way to get from the form back into the app to see the other pages thats after the form, or is it possible to turn the form into an app and include it with the app template i have chosen?
