Hi, i have set up an account APMedicine and I thought i knew the password (still do) but it wouldn't let me in. I requested a new password but it hasn't arrived. I then requested another new password but it is saying my e-mail address email@example.com is not in the system??
Please can you help, I desperately need to access this account to get the information of registrants.
I look forward to hearing from you asap.

The account APMedicine is registered using the email address firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please do the Forgot Password option again and let us know if it doesn't send you the instructions so we can check.

Hi, thanks for your reply, email@example.com comes into the same inbox as firstname.lastname@example.org and nothing has come in and i have tried 3 times but have had no e-mails through. I have also checked with our IT company and they have confirmed that it is not been caught by our server.

So it means that you have forwarder being setup from email@example.com to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please login to email@example.com webmail and check its inbox to see if the emails aren't their. We'll wait you.
