    Why can't i access my account?

    Hi, i have set up an account APMedicine and I thought i knew the password (still do) but it wouldn't let me in. I requested a new password but it hasn't arrived. I then requested another new password but it is saying my e-mail address sara@everyevent.co.uk is not in the system??

     

    Please can you help, I desperately need to access this account to get the information of registrants.

    Hi Sara,

    The account APMedicine is registered using the email address apm@everyevent.co.uk.

    Please do the Forgot Password option again and let us know if it doesn't send you the instructions so we can check.

    Hi, thanks for your reply, apm@everyevent.co.uk comes into the same inbox as sara@everyevent.co.uk and nothing has come in and i have tried 3 times but have had no e-mails through. I have also checked with our IT company and they have confirmed that it is not been caught by our server.

    Please help.

    Hi Sara,

    So it means that you have forwarder being setup from apm@everyevent.co.uk to sara@everyevent.co.uk. Please login to apm@everyevent.co.uk webmail and check its inbox to see if the emails aren't their. We'll wait you.
