My form's link is not working.

    Same problem as before.

    One of our prospects fiilled out all the information in the form and sent it. The data never arrived at our jotform account. We were forced to call the prospect and gather all the info manually. 

    Can you find out why this is happening and prevent it from occurring again?

    Can you please provide more information about the submission that you didn't receive? I have created a test submission on your form and I have received the autoreponder email and I can see the submission on your submissions page?


    If the user didn't receive the autoresponder email I guess he was having issues to submit the form. Probably internet connection or browser related issues. If you have more information regarding the issue please let us know so we can investigate furthermore. Thank you!
