Delete an element from a Jotform App

    Good morning,

    can you please delete the following from our web page.

    Hi James,

    Thanks for reaching out to JotForm Support. I'm sorry you're having trouble with your Jotform App. Unfortunately, the App link you sent belongs to another Jotform user, which I believe is your colleague due to the same email domain. You can ask him to open the Jotform App on his end, select the element, and then click on the Trash icon to delete it.

    Hello unfortunately he no longer works for us. How can i reset the user so i can edit it?

    Hi the link you have provided does not work. however i did see your reply in my email. I have no idea what card we used to pay for your service is there any other way of verifying ownership of it?

    Hi James,

    I'm very sorry to hear that. The other thread is private, so it can only be opened by you when you're logged in to your Jotform account. Anyhow, as a precaution, I've set it back to public. Can you check if you can open it now? I'll also reply to that thread about your question to avoid a mix of replies.
