I received a message that says "Pay up or else"

I have been using JotForms for a while for my business contacts. I converted my contact form to JotForm cards when it debuted and it seemed to work OK for a while. Then some customers said they were not hearing back from me. When I tried sending myself a form, I received a message that basically said: "pay up or else". I'm not impressed - I'm still trying to find out how many customers I lost!!! And this form is all double characters - it's giving me a headache. No longer a fan!

    Hi Mike,

I am not sure what is the issue but I checked your form and it is working properly on my end. May I know where did you get the "Pay up or else" message? We would like to investigate it further.

I also checked your account (EMS2) and it is in good status. Here's what I see when I opened your forms:

If you're referring to a different account or form, please provide more details so we can assist you properly.

    Thank you.

That form is in a guest account, meaning it was created while you are not logged in. The guest account has surpassed its limit that's why the form shows the overquota message.

Take note that the guest account has lower limits (10 SSL Submissions/month) compared to the registered free account (100 SSL Submission/month).

Anyway, we have moved the form to your free account EMS2, it should work now. Kindly check.

It still did not notify my business email (EMSsquared@gmail.com) that I had a new submission.

If it had a lower limit of 10 submissions, that means that 10 potential customers sent requests for classes and I was never notified. Any suggestions as to how I could recover those submissions?? One person showed up to a class this weekend and showed me her form, but I was never notified.

Unfortunately if the form actual submission/s did not get through, there is no record we take a look on to verify.

One person showed up to a class this weekend and showed me her form, but I was never notified

Can you tell us more details about this one submission? Is there a recorded submission in your form View Submission panel

We will take a look if there is possibility to get a record/log of the submission.

    Hello,

A notification alert is created for the form. You should be able to receive emails when one submits the form.

If the issue persists please contact us again.
