I didn't create an access code when I created the form. Now, I have a submission and I can't see it without one. But I didn't make one, so I have no idea what it could be. I thought it meant a password, but that wasn't it. What am I missing?

Hi Mare,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I am sorry you are having trouble with this. When I checked your form, I saw that the Encryption is enabled. Check out this screenshot below:
You can disable this by toggling off the Encryption to NO of OFF position. But this will only apply to the new submissions. The old encrypted submission will still need the access code to be entered.
Encrypted Forms use end-to-end encryption, which means your access code is encrypted on Jotform’s end. Since it’s encrypted, we won’t be able to access your data, so if you forget your access code, your data is considered lost. We recommend storing your access code in a safe place or creating an access code that’s easy to remember.
Reach out again if you have any other questions.
