Downloading all uploads is not working

    I clicked on "download all uploads" and a message box appeared stating I would receive an email when the file was ready for download. I did not receive an email. I have made this request several times. Please advise.

    I tested the Download All Uploads and I received it instantly. Here's a screenshot of my email:

    It might take longer to receive the email if the files are too big. May I know what time did you download the uploaded files?

    I was waiting for 6 hours or so. The emailed links arrived shortly after you answered this question, 3 emails all at once. Coincidence or did you do something?

    I think it is a coincidence.

    When I check your account, I see that you have got uploaded files which take up 13.50 GB space. This is the reason why your email delays.
