Does the total submissions reset at all? It says I have 411 and I had deleted the old forms and nothing has changed. How does my total submissions reset? It says it resets per month and Mine isn’t

Hello Athena,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. The total submission storage does not reset. You need to delete the submissions and purge them from the trash to free up your usage. I checked your account and I can see that the forms and submissions are still in the trash. You can purge them to free up space. Let me show you how:
- In My Forms Page, click on trash folder on the left side menu
- Hover your mouse over the form then click on Purge.
Also, you can free up the total submission storage by simply deleting the submissions and not the entire form. Let me show you how:
- In Tables, hover your cursor over the first column of the submission data and click on the checkbox to select the submission data.
- On the right side of the screen, click on Delete. Then click on Move to Trash in the window that opens.
Now, let us purge the data:
- In your Submissions table, click on the Three dots icon beside the form name, then click on Trashed entries.
- The Trashed entries section will show up; click on Select All, then click Delete Forever.
To learn more about the account limits, I suggest looking into our guide about Understanding Your Account Usage and Limits.
Let us know if you have any other questions.
