Need help setting up Google offline conversion tracking with Jotforms

Hello, 

I am going through the process of setting up "Google offline conversion tracking" and I need help with the following issues:

I read through this support request already and tried to implement the instructions that I found, but it didn't work:

I put this code on the page that has my jotform embedded on it (the website page is www.inwhatlanguage.com/free-quote/):

I tested the form (several times) by visiting the page www.inwhatlanguage.com/free-quote/?gclid=test but I'm not seeing any submission of my hidden field when I submit the form. The way I understand it is with this javascript code that I've embedded on my site, the gclid text "test" should have been submitted with my submission. As you can see in the attachment, it was not. 

Can you please look through the prior support request and what I have done and see if I'm missing something?

I have checked the form and see that the unique name is set to GCLID.

However, in the URL the lower case unique name is being used which could be causing the issue. Please try embedding the form again by changing the GCLID field name to lower case and it should be working correctly.
