Why when I view form submissions it just displays the responses as random strings of letters and numbers?

I checked this form and I found out that the previous submissions are encrypted. Upon checking, I can see that the Form Encryption is already disabled.

You need the encryption key to decrypt the responses. If you go to the Submissions page, a pop-up will appear asking you to upload the key. Please check this guide: How-Can-I-Decrypt-the-Data-from-the-Email-or-Through-the-Submissions-Page.
