I suddenly stopped getting Notification Emails.

    Hi there,


    I have set up my email address, and previously received mails, but at this stage I am not receiving any emails from jotform, although my emails are working.

    Hi Cornelia,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I believe you're having issues with this form. If so, I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. Check out the screencast below to see my results:

    I checked the email address, and saw that it was added to our Bounce list. Note that there are several reasons why an email address may have been added to the bounce list. It could be due to a non-existent or inactive email address, your mail server might be unavailable, your email server rejected emails due to suspected spam, your mailbox is full, or Jotform is on your deny list.

    I've gone ahead and removed the email address from the Bounce list. Since the email address is no longer in the Bounce list, you should be able to receive notification emails again for the newer submissions. As for the submissions that you didn't get any notification emails for, can you add Send Email buttons to your Jotform Tables to see if you will be able to receive the Notification email now? Let me show you how to do that:

    1. On your My Forms page, select your form and click on Submissions at the top of the page.
    2. In Jotform Tables, click on +Add at the end of the rows, and go to the Buttons tab.
    3. Select Send Email, click on Next, then select the Email template, which should be Notification 1.
    4. Click on Create and you're done. Try clicking on the Send Email button, and see if you receive the notification email.

    When you click on the Send Email button, an email that includes the submission information will be sent to the email address you selected. If the same thing happens again, can we make a test submission in your form and enter our Email address as the recipient in the Notification email? Once done, we will remove it immediately.
