I sent a message to support last week advising them of an issue with printing pdf's. The icon spins for hours and nothing happens. They responded by saying they were able to replicate the issue and would resolve the problem. I have been trying to print the pdf since last Friday. At this point, I will need to find a replacement vendor as the issue has prevented me from sharing the report with the customer.

I have just tested your form now in an attempt to download a submission. I managed to get a download prompt now. I suppose this has been fixed. I noticed however that the file that is to be downloaded is larger than 10mb. This may be a reason to why there is difficulty in building the report and getting a prompt. I recommend to give it now a try and let us know if the problem persists.
