Free Form gets extra views when embedded to front page of a website

    Irgenwie fühle ich mich verarscht. Was heisst Free Form? Das Formular wurde bestimmt nicht 1000 mal gesichtet. Und schliesslich habe ich ein paar Monate viel bezahlt und wenig genutzt. Wenn das Formular weiterhin so daherkommt, muss ich wohl oder übel eine andere Möglichkeit suchen. CHF 20 pro Monat sind eindeutig zu teuer, für Kleinunternehmen wie mich.

    So, upon checking the page you shared with us, I have noticed that your form is embedded right on the front page of your site. It means that all, who visits your site, is counted to your form views. You can check it on a screenshot bellow to be sure that the URL was not changed when I opened the form:

    In order to show a form only to people, who is interested in filling it, our recommendation is to embedd it to another page of your site, a button that leads to it can be left on a front page. For example, osteria-degli-amici.ch/contact_us. Of course, it needs to be created first. 

    I believe this change could let you stay at Free Plan.
