How can I update my company’s physical address on my jotform?

    My company uses a jotform. The person who set it up is no longer with my company. The company address on the form is incorrect. My company recently relocated to a new location. How do I update the address on the form. I don’t have any login information because I wasn’t involved in the process at that level. Please help me resolve this matter.

    I have checked your website and see that the form embedded on your website is associated with the account keymaintenance. This account is registered using the email address office@keymaintenancesupply.com. If you do not have the login information for the account, you may request for a password reset from the login screen so that the password reset link shall be sent to the account registered email address.
