    Hello,

I am facing trouble in set conditionals for my form.

    Please check the images below.

    Conditional number 4:

Conditions: Less than or Equal to is not working Image 1 Screenshot 30

    Conditional in test mode:

Conditions: Less than or Equal to is not working Image 2 Screenshot 41

However, it works fine if the distance is 2.4 or less.

The same happens to the conditional which works to distance higher than 2.6 (conditional number 3). If it is exactly 2.6 it doesn't work, but if it is higher than 2.7 it's ok.

So please, I need help for this.

    Thanks,
    Carlos M.

    Hi Carlos,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I cloned your form and see if I can replicate the issue but I wasn't able to. When I typed in 2.5, it showed on the 'Distância menor que 2.5 km' field. See my screencast below:

I also checked the conditions and it's set up correctly. I went ahead and cleared your form caches to fix any temporary issues. Can you try again and see if it's still not showing on your end?

Let us know if you have any other questions.

    Thank you Deane,

I think I found out the origin of the problem.

Please try repeat the same test you've done but now insert the acronym "km” after the number. (that is the real test once "km" comes together from the Travel Distance widget). You will see the same error I am facing: it doesn't work to numbers 2.5 or 2.6.

So I think we should remove the acronym “km”. How can I do it ?

    Hi Carlos,

Thanks for getting back to us. I'm not sure what are you trying to achieve. Are you trying to make the field require numbers only? If that’s not exactly what you’re looking for, can you explain a bit more so I can help you better?

You can change the field's settings to only accept number. Let me show you how:

    1. Click on the Short Text field, then click on the Gear icon.
    2. Click on Options tab.
    3. Under Validation, select Numeric.

Check out our guide if you want to learn more about short text field.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
