File Upload: Camera crashes when filling out the form

    My employees are having issues when using forms. When they’re using a form and they try to open the camera their camera app crashes. They are using a new iPhone. Please advise.

    Hi Mark,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Can you send me the link to your form, so I can take a look at it for you? I've tested the Blue Sheet Before form, but everything was working properly. Check out the screencast here to see my results. 

    I've cleared your form caches. Can you give it another try and let us know what happens? If you still have the same issue, can you tell us the exact device details and the iOS version they're using? Also, it would help us to understand what’s happening if you could take a screen recording and send it to us.

    When we try to take a picture, it quits the camera. Please see attached.

    Thanks for getting back to us. Unfortunately, we didn't receive the attached file or video. Our support forum can't accept any files or videos, but you can upload them to 3rd party apps like Google Drive or Dropbox. Make it Public and share the link here.

    Hi Mark,

    Thanks for the screencast. That made the issue much clearer. I tested your form again and tried to replicate the issue, but everything worked the way it should. Check out my results in the screencast here. Can you share the iOS version and the exact device that you're using so we can do more testing?
