Trouble uploading survey responses

    I am having trouble uploading the survey responses to our database. We have been able to do it the whole time up until this point.

    Can you please give us more details on this?

    How are you trying to upload the survey responses (form submissions) to your database?
    What kind of database is that? What kind of format did you download the submissions?

    I apologize if I may have misunderstood something but we are going to need more details in order to provide help.
