Form: How to add an Upload option like the one in the Smart PDF Form?

I want this functionality in this Jotform : https://form.jotform.com/240951666660462 , Can you please check it and let me know if there is any issue

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I am sorry you are having trouble with this. Unfortunately, the function that you are looking for is exclusively for the Smart PDF Forms. This is a form created by uploading a PDF File and converting it to a Jotform form. Let me show you how:

• Go to your My Forms page, and click on the Create Form button.
• After clicking on it, select Import Form and click on Import PDF Form.
• Then, it will redirect you to the Smart PDF Forms page.
• Now, click on Upload PDF and upload your document to Jotform.

Can you tell why you need this functionality on your classic form?
