How to send Field Values of a form in XML format to an email recipient?

We'd like to send the Field Values of a form in XML format to an email recipient.

Is there a way to encode field values into xml format? i.e. conversion of any special charaters.

So if a Field Value contains a special character (e.g. &) the email would include the xml encoded value of that character (e.g. &amp)?

Some of our Form fields are dropdowns with special characters in the list of options so ideally we'd like to encode these before the email is sent.

Unfortunately we do not have way of sending data on email using the xml format. The closest option we have to what you need is probably using an RSS report, it is in the xml format
