How to prevent other users from downloading Jotform attachments.

Can you, please, show me how to give "view only" access to jotform attachments or how to prevent users from downloading confidential documents attached to jotforms?

In your account settings page, there are a couple different options to enable to ensure that data can only be viewed when logged in to your account.  Enable both "Require log-in to see submissions" and "Require log-in to view uploaded files" and the files will only be accessible directly from your account:
