Concerns about API Security: Exposing API Key in Jotform API Endpoints

Heres a sample example of a jotform api

https://api.jotform.com/form/{formID}/submissions?apiKey={apiKey}

Since the apiKey is present on the url, I think it is not safe to use this in our applications as attackers can easily find the apiKey. I am concerned about the security of using such api
