So I have a form that sends the data to ClickUp. I recently had that connection fail. It ended up being because someone submitted multiple emails in one form field, and the connected ClickUp custom field was an email field that can only hold one email address.
That issue make sense, but what was frustrating was I did not receive a notice of this error. So it went several weeks before we noticed the issue.Is there a way to receive a notification if an error like this happens again?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Our Integration will only send submission to the connected app. Unfortunately, there's no feature available that will send notification when connection fails.
While the feature you’re looking for isn’t currently available, rest assured we’re always working to add new services and features to Jotform. I've gone ahead and escalated your request to our Developers. When or if it's implemented depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.
