Error 404 when accessing the uploaded file link

    Upon clicking on the resume link within the applications, we're encountering a 404 error message.

    I've attached a screenshot below for your reference. The first image displays the email we received with the form, while the second image illustrates the error message that appears when clicking on the candidate's resume (Resume.pdf).

    Hi Admin_webadmin_Web,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Please note that the error 404 prompt means the page is missing or it requires you to log in to your Jotform account to view the uploaded file. This can be resolved by unchecking the Require log-in to view uploaded files option under the Privacy section. Let me show you how:

    1. Login to your Jotform account and click your Avatar/Profile picture on the right side of the screen.
    2. In the dropdown, click on Settings, or click on this link to go directly to your Settings page.Error 404 when accessing the uploaded file link Image 1 Screenshot 30
    3. Now, go to the Security tab.

    That's it! Test the link again and see if you no longer see the error message.
