How can I access to an account that was set up by someone else?

    I have ran into a problem. We have a form connected to our webpage through jot form. However who created the account is no longer with us. We have no information as far as the login or what email address the submitted form is going to. Is there a way you can help me with this?

    We can change the email address on that account so you can request a password reset email and access the account; however, we will need to get some sort of ownership verification. 

    If you have the link to the form and you have received any of the submissions information, please provide us some of the data you received, just one would be enough so we can confirm the submission belongs to the form/account. 

    You may also provide us with the website where the form is embedded and send us an email to support@jotform.com from your corporate email address, note that it must be associated with the domain where the form is embedded on. Please include this thread id on the email you send 1393952. 

    If the account is on paid status, you may also provide us any payment information that you think may have been used to pay the subscription on the account. You may provide such info on the email as this thread is public.

    I sent an email to the support email address that you provided with the information asked for and I haven't heard anything back. How long does this process normally take?

    It does help however the forms are for our other hospitals and I need them to be linked to there email address so the receptionist there will get them.
