My form says Form Over Quota

    No one can requester using my form!  its says full? Form over quota
    This form has exceeded its allocated quota.

    The form is created on the account kgmills3 (kmills@abridgegroup.com) which is subscribed to our free plan. The account has maxed out its limit of 10 payments per month. 

    If you need more, you may consider upgrading the account to the Silver plan to get up to 100 payments per month.
