Hello,
I want to add a "Notes" section to my configurable list widget but the submissions don't look good. How can I fix this?

Hi Edwin,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, there is no way to change the layout of the Configurable List to appear differently in the email. Even if users type horizontally, the results will still be vertical because email alerts have a width limit.
The only workaround is to create a separate Notes field using the long text field beneath that widget. However, it appears that you have already included the long text elements.
Reach out again if you need any other help.

Hi Ericson,
Yes. The idea is to have notes for each entry, but the notes are difficult to read. The solution I'm coming up with is to limit the widget amount of entries to just 1 and to have the equivalent to 1 entry and a Notes field multiple times.
This makes the form really lengthy but so far, so good.

Hi Edwin,
Thanks for getting back to us. Make sure to limit the maximum row number to one to each of the Configurable list widgets so that users cannot add new rows for the fields you separated using Configurable list. Let me show you how:
- In Form Builder, click on the Configurable List's Wand icon to open the widget settings.
- Scroll down and enter 1 in the Maximal rows number.
