How to Edit the Email Notification?

When my confirmation emails send, there is a really large gap before the information shows up in the email. I need help formatting the settings.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support.I checked your autoresponder, and it appears that you have already fixed it. Are you referring to the email that you receive every time a user completes the form? If that's the case, the email seems to be blank. The only way you can fix it is to delete the email notification. Please note that if you delete an old notification email and replace it with a new one, the form will generate a new email notification in the new format. Let me show you how:

• In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
• In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Emails.
• On the right side of the Notification field, click on the Trash Can icon, and delete the existing Notification Email.

Now that we've removed the old Notification Email, we'll just add a new one. Let's do it: 

• While you're still under the Emails tab on the left side of the page in Form Builder, click on Add Email.

• Next, select Notification Email.

• Click on the Recipients tab and enter the Email address of the recipient in the Recipient Email field. Then, click on Save.

However, if you prefer the former style, you will be unable to do so because the default email format has changed. You must insert the logo in the new notification email that you have added. You might also want to check out this guide about How to Edit the Email Template for Notifications.
