Dear Jotform team
We have messages form our members telling us that the link is broken the the request for members statistics. WE have even sent out the invitation directly from the jotform site but it does not work. They have also tried different browsers.
Can you please advise?

I have tested your form by using several versions of Internet Explorer but I was not able to reproduce this issue on our end.
Could you please recommend your form users to visit this link and follow these instructions.
After that, could you please let us know if the issue still persists?
