Hello,
The continue button at the end of our form has ceased working. It worked for the first 6 or 7 and now does not work. Please advise on how to fix this.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm sorry if you're having issues with your form. I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. Check out the screencast below to see my results:
Can you try clearing your browser's cache and cookies and try doing a test submission again? Please also try using different browsers or Incognito mode and see if it works.
