Missing submission.

    Good morning,

    We have one guy who says he fills out the Expense Claim form but it is not showing up in the INBOX, Byron Keats one and only form that to me was successful was dated back in October 25, 2023. Both payroll and General Manager say they don't get the emails for approval, not sure why and just for him. Would it be possible for someone to see why he is the only one having problems, he may have to update his mobile link, not sure. Thanks.

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm sorry that you're having difficulty with this. If I understand correctly, Byron Keats is the one who says he filled out the Expense claim, but not showing up on your Inbox. I can see that you have Autoresponder emails set for your form. Was he able to present a copy of the Autoresponder email he should have received upon completion of the form? Also, was he able to provide the date of when he filled out the form?
