My client cannot make her payment through my link. She was able to on 1/31/18 but today as she tries to pay it gives her an error message. Ive attached the screenshot.
Her information is Gresham Thompson and she paid on 1/31 @8:54am. Today, it will not allow her to pay.
I tried myself and once you click which payment you want, it does not calculate the balance. It shows zero.
PLEASE help asap!! this is hurting my payments and business. Can you call me at 17709496876

I have checked your form and it seems that you have enabled the Unique question on the form. Which means if the user enters an email which has been used before he is not able to submit.
Please change that option to No check if you want to use the same email multiple times and the user can submit the form.
