I have created connection between Salesforce Account and JotForm Account. I am unable to integrate one existing form to Salesforce. Can you please let me know how I can connect and disconnect Salesforce Account? Please provide assistance in integrating Salesforce Account to following form " Coaching Profile Canada"

Hi Keyspire,
Thank you for reaching out to Jotform Support. If you want to change the Salesforce account that is integrated into your form, you can do that in the Integration Settings. Let me show you how:
- In Form Builder, click on Settings from the top bar menu, and click on Integrations from the left panel menu.
- Then, select Salesforce, and click on Remove Integration.
- While you are still on the Integration page, click on Salesforce, and click on the + Use another account text in green in the Authentication Section.
- Finally, log in to your correct Salesforce account. That's it.
