    Hello vettold1,

I understand the issue, but I’ll need a bit of time to see if this is possible or we have any other options. I’ll get back to you shortly.

    Hello vettold1,

Thanks for your patience and understanding, we appreciate it. Unfortunately, we cannot make edits on the submissions images that are uploaded by the form users. However, you can consider changing the PDF submission that the form user will receive. Here's how:

    1. In Form Builder, click the drop-down menu besides the Jotform Logo.
    2. Open PDF editor.
    3. You may delete the image field so they won't be able to see the image in their submissions.

Now go back to Form Builder and set your Autoresponder email. Here's how:

    1. In Form Builder, click the Settings in the orange navigation bar at the top.
    2. Go to Emails and click the Pencil Icon to edit the autoresponder.
    3. Go to Advance and toggle attach PDF switch to on.
    4. Now select the PDF document that you created.
    5. Click Save.

Now the form users won't be able to view the image on their submission.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
