How to download old data from a form

I am trying to download old data from the linked form the data is from 20 Feb 2024 and 08 apr 2024 but it will not let me download that is there a way to pull that data?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I’m really sorry that this is happening. I'll do my best to help you. When I checked, the Patch Request Form belongs to the other Jotform account. So, that is why you won't be able to download the submission data. Unless someone shared the Jotform table and allowed you to download the submission data.

If this is not the case, then you can contact the form owner and ask them to permit you to download the data, so they can help you with that. The form on which you are trying to download the data seems to be inactive as well, currently.

We can't share the data for the other Jotform table unless the request comes from the form owner.

Hello, I logged into marketing@gswo.org's account and I still cannot download the reports from those dates as an excel. is there a way to get that data back as an excel?

Thanks for getting back to us. I am sorry you are having trouble with this. When I checked our system, I was able to see the option to download the submissions as an Excel for the dates Feb 20, 2024 to April 10, 2024. Check out this screenshot below:

Can you try accessing the Submission Table from a different browser and see if you have the same problem? If you do, please provide us with a screenshot, so we can check it.

Once we hear back from you, we can move forward with a solution.

Hello, when I did that it only displayed data from 4/9 and not the old data? I tried in edge and google chrome and the issue is still persistent. could you send me a copy of that spreadsheet? I have attached screenshots below.

Thanks for getting back to us with the screenshot. You've set the correct date ranges in the search bar. To get the download in Excel option, you will need to click the Download All button. So, you will see the Excel option. Unfortunately, we can't send the downloaded Excel file from our end due to a limitation in the sharing option. I've checked out your Jotform table and there is an Excel option visible.

If the same issue persists, then you can use a Loom for a free recording and share with us the screen recording so we can investigate it thoroughly.
