Google Spreadsheet/Old Layout: Spreadsheet is not updated when a new field is added to the form.

    I added "Company/Organization" and its not reflected in the spreadsheet. Chat told me to reach out here.

    Apologies for the inconveniences this may have caused to you. 

    I  have been  testing this and I was able to replicate what you mentioned, I will forward this to our second level so our developers can have a look on this. 

    In the meantime you will need to remove the integration and add it again to your form to have an updated sheet.

    1) If you submit an urgent request (e.g., time-sensitive announcement or city weather emergency), we’ll address it immediately.

We’re working on a Wednesday-to-Wednesday production cycle, which means we’ll review all production requests on Wednesday regardless of when the request was placed. Based on its urgency level and the team’s capacity, we’ll place it within a production timeline and will alert you of its status.
