Hi,
We are having issues. Whenever someone submits a Jotform, it gets emailed to us but it becomes part of the same thread of emails as the other people who have also filled out the survey.
We want it so whenever someone fills out this form the submission email is separate to other peoples submissions.
How can we fix this?
Kind regards
Innes

Hi Innes,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. The issue is likely due to the lack of a unique identifier in your email notification's title. Because it always comes in with the same subject, your mailbox groups them all into one email thread. Also, I noticed that there's no Form field {petsFirst} on your form, which is why the subject is only showing the form title. Check out my screenshot below: Let me show you how to add the Patient's first name to your Email Subject:
- In Form Builder, click on Settings at the top.
- Click on Emails on the menu on the left side.
- Hover your mouse over your notification email and click on the Pencil icon.
- Click on the Email Subject text box, then click on the Form Fields button above it.
- Select Patient First Name, and then click on Save. That's it.
Every time a new submission comes in, the title of the notification will be different from each other.
Here's my result:
Give it a try and let me know if you need any help.
