Checkbox and Radio buttons dont work in text/html widget

I am using the Text widget that allows for HTML code.

However, when I try to use <input type="checkbox">, the checkbox does not show up on the form.

Unfortunately, with using the text element, it's not possible to add codes which may constitute to be adding a field. What you can do is include a multiple choice field as this is the checkbox field for the form builder
