How to Change the Sender Name on the Email Notification

I need to change the name of the sender

Hi Adam,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. If I understood what you’re asking, do you want to change the Sender Name of the email notifications on your form? If yes, I will show you how to do it:

1. In Form Builder, add a Short Text field to the form.
2. Click the Gear icon of the Short Text field and go to the Advanced tab.
3. Enter the Sender Name that you want under the Default Value section.
4. Toggle the Read Only and Hide field buttons to ON so that they can't be edited and will be hidden on the form.

• Next is editing your Notification Mail. Let's do this:

1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
2. In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Emails.
3. Hover over your mouse to the Notification Mail field and click the Pencil icon.
4. On the Email Template, click the row where the Sender Name field is listed and click the Delete row icon so that it won't be included in the email notification.
5. Go to the Recipients tab and under the Sender Name section, select the Sender Name field on the Dropdown menu that we added then click the Save button.

If what you want is to change the Sender Name of the Autoresponder, you can just directly change it on the Recipient tab of the Autoresponder. Check out the screencast below:
