Duplicate notification emails

    Hi There

    For some reason the email notifications for the linked form are always sent twice – I have checked all the appropriate settings and can not work out why. Would someone please be able to investigate for me?

    Hi Royal_New,

    Thanks for reaching out to us for help. I checked your form and I see several email templates are linked to some Change Email Recipient conditions. Check the screenshot below:

    I noticed that there are two email conditions that may send the Notification one to these emails kelly.kiwha@rnzb.org.nz, kara.imrie@rnzb.org.nz, and sarah.griffiths@rnzb.org.nz. First is this condition, as you see, the state in the condition says "Is not Equal to", so if the Department field was answered anything aside from Visitor or Contractor, The Notification 1 email will be sent to kelly.kiwha@rnzb.org.nz, kara.imrie@rnzb.org.nz, and sarah.griffiths@rnzb.org.nz:

    And since you also have this condition, the Notification email will be triggered again if the Department is equal to Artistic:

    Can you confirm if you have the correct state as "Not equal to" instead of "equal to" on the first condition I shared?

    If that is not the issue, may I know what email address is getting duplicate emails and what email template is being sent twice?
